Maria’s agency was struggling with the new challenges that the MCEs brought on to her agency, Corinthians Home Health Care. Corinthians HHC was on the brink of closing; she felt like the MCEs were “forcing us [Maria] to close down!” Her employees were not getting paid, and she was not either. This caused tension between Maria and her employees. She felt very blindsided and clients started leaving her, this was not good!

Maria started filling out testing for emergency funds but could not get paid because of the MCEs. Then, Maria began going to homeless shelters and getting people on waivers. Throughout all these challenges and frustrating times, GEOH was with her during it.

Maria has now been able to pay for her mortgage! Maria stated, “With GEOH getting the ball rolling, I now have paid insurance for my new van!” This is huge! Maria also feels that she no longer had frustrated, upset, or angry employees working for her.
